The Iowa Wing Conference brings Civil Air Patrol members together each year to learn, connect, and share experiences in support of service. Open to Senior Members and Cadets alike, the conference offers a welcoming space where members learn and grow together by exchanging ideas, exploring current priorities, and strengthening our collective ability to serve through CAP missions.

Throughout the day, members may choose from a variety of sessions focused on mission readiness, leadership, and the member experience. Sessions are designed to be engaging and accessible, offering practical insights, real world perspectives, and ideas that members can take back to their units.

Above all, the conference fosters an environment of open discussion, meaningful connection, and shared learning that supports members at all experience levels.

UOD (Conference Sessions): Prefer Corporate or Air Force Class B (Uniform Shirt without Tie). Minimum Corporate Polo. No ABUs, BDUs, Flight Suits, etc.
UOD (Banquet): Prefer Corporate or Air Force Class A (Uniform Shirt with Tie and Blazer). Minimum Class B with Tie (Uniform Shirt with Tie). No Polos, ABUs, BDUs, Flight Suits, etc.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Open Bay Barracks are available overnight both Friday and Saturday at no additional cost for both Cadets and Senior Members, however units are responsible for coordinating overnight supervision for their cadets in accordance with Cadet Protection Policies (CPP).
